Who are we?

Code Ninjas is the nation’s fastest-growing kids coding franchise. In our center, kids ages 5-14 learn to code in a fun, non-intimidating way – by playing and building video games they love. Kids have a blast and can’t wait to come back. Parents are thrilled as their children gain confidence and new skills including coding, math, logic, and problem-solving, as they progress from white to black belt. Our core promise is, Kids have fun, parents see results. We believe in these words so much that it’s written on the walls in our center.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for Code Senseis (Coaches/Teachers) to join our team of dynamic, forward thinking minds, working toward our common goal: providing a fun and safe learning environment for children.
This position will be focused on our Juniors program for kids from 5 - 7 years old.

Responsibilities include:

Smile Smile Smile and Talk talk talk to the kids, ask if they need help, bring out your crazy so kids have fun while they learn
Engage and connect with the kids as they work through the self-paced coding curriculum
Uphold corporate standards with respect to center cleanliness & operational standards.
Ability to think on the fly and be perceptive to center dynamics, parent requests and kid's needs

Requirements:

Experience working with children 5+
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must be at least 18 years old

Schedule:

Work at least two shifts per week between the Center open hours:

Tuesday - Friday 4.00PM - 8.00PM, Saturdays 9.30AM - 1.30PM

Occasionally, additional hours will be requested for various Code Ninjas events that are in the evenings on week days or weekends.

Compensation: $9.00 - $12.00 per hour
