Code Ninjas Franklin is a game-based learning center where kids build coding, problem-solving, creativity, and technology skills through games, robotics, AI, 3D printing, and hands-on projects.

Our Code Senseis are mentors, coaches, and role models who help every Ninja feel welcomed, challenged, capable, and proud of what they create.

What You Will Do

• Coach Ninjas through self-paced coding curriculum without simply giving them the answer.
• Help students debug, break problems into smaller steps, and build independent problem-solving skills.
• Explain coding and technology concepts in age-appropriate ways.
• Learn and support platforms such as Scratch, JavaScript, Python, Roblox Studio, Unity, Godot, robotics, Minecraft, and AI.
• Create a positive, inclusive environment that encourages curiosity, resilience, creativity, and confidence.
• Adapt your coaching style to different ages, abilities, personalities, and learning needs.
• Follow check-in/check-out, supervision, safety, and incident-reporting procedures.
• Assist with camps, birthday parties, tours, events, and special programs.
• Communicate professionally with students, parents, coworkers, and management.
• Share student progress, concerns, or incidents with the Center Director.
• Participate in required training, meetings, coaching, and feedback.

Great Senseis do not need to know every answer. They stay calm, ask good questions, learn alongside students, and help Ninjas discover answers for themselves.
