At Code Ninjas, kids learn to code by building video games. Our Senseis mentor students in a fun and engaging environment while building their confidence and technical skills.

Our Senseis are the lifeblood of our Code Ninjas center. This individual oversees the day-to-day coaching and student engagement. 

Key Responsibilities

• Teach kiddos how coding and tech actually work in a fun way
• Help ninjas fix bugs and level up their projects
• Hype up creativity, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Keep the class fun, focused, and chaos-free
• Share student progress and updates with the Center Director and parents when needed

Ideal Candidate

  • Basic coding knowledge & desire to learn more
  • Familiarity with Scratch, Roblox, Minecraft, JavaScript, or Python
  • Unity experience is a plus
  • Experience working with kids preferred
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Passionate about STEM education
  • Patient and energetic
  • Comfortable leading small groups
  • Team player
Schedule Availability:

  • Available shifts Mon-Fri : 4 pm to 7 pm, Sat - 10 am to 1 pm. 
Compensation: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
