We are seeking a dynamic Part-Time Center Director to join our team at Code Ninjas Palm Beach Gardens, located in Alton Town Center. The ideal candidate will bring experience in retail sales, social media, and marketing, with strong communication skills to engage parents about program offerings and their children’s progress. This role requires proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, Canva, and general computer knowledge. Responsibilities include managing phone outreach, driving sales, and supporting the growth of our programs. The position requires 20–30 hours per week with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses tied to achieving specific sales conversion goals. Required Skills:
• Retail sales experience with proven ability to meet conversion goals
• Strong communication skills for engaging parents and discussing student progress
