- Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails promptly and courteously.
- Schedule tours and confirm appointments for prospective families.
- Serve as a liaison between parents and the center, addressing their questions and concerns.
- Maintain a tidy and welcoming center.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.
- Ability to work between 2-7pm Monday-Thursday and Sunday for 9a-2:30pm
- Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (e.g., email, word processing).
- Experience working in an educational or childcare environment.
- Familiarity with scheduling software or CRM systems.
