- Provide high-quality and fun coding instruction to students to help them develop their skills.
- Create a positive, safe, and fun environment for our students.
- Provide feedback to parents after working with students.
- Manage student progress and provide weekly feedback to parents.
- Work with the Director on lesson plans to ensure the curriculum is engaging, effective, and current.
- Mentor and train other instructors.
- Working history with children ages 5 and up (mentoring, coaching, babysitting, etc.), and enthusiasm for working with small children.
- Some background in coding, or able to quickly pick up on basic concepts.
- Works well with others; collaborates and adapts to changing situations.
- Must be energetic, fun, adaptable, and able to help our students have fun too!
