Code Ninjas in Richmond, TX is looking for a part-time Assistant Center Director to join our team of dynamic, energetic, forward thinking minds, working toward our common goal: providing a fun and safe learning environment for children.

Who are we?
Code Ninjas is the nation's fastest growing kids coding franchise. In our center, kids ages 5-14 learn to code in a fun, non-intimidating way - by playing and building video games they love. Kids have a blast and cannot wait to come back. Parents are thrilled as their children gain confidence and new skills including coding, math, logic, and problem-solving, as they progress from white to black belt. Our code promise is, Kids have fun, parents see results. We believe in these words so much that it's written on the walls in our center.
Responsibilities
· Grow the center by increasing enrollments and retaining current customers
· Provide patient and superlative customer service to parents and students
· Welcome parents and students in the center
· Make and field telephone calls - sales calls and follow ups
· Assist the Owner in administrative tasks
· Create spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials
· Maintain an organized system and keep center organized
· Coordinate class calendar by rescheduling and cancelling appointments for customers upon request
· Open and close center
Desired Traits
· Good written and oral communication skills
· Exceptional attention to detail
· Ability to organize and create orderly systems
· Experienced in computer technology that includes Excel, Google docs, PowerPoint
· Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
· Willingness to make decisions and feel ownership of the center
· Sales experience is a plus, but not necessary
Schedule
· Weekday evenings until 8PM and Saturday mornings, afternoons and some evenings.
· Schedule is somewhat flexible, but candidate needs to be present during center open hours.
· Part-time available, minimum 15 hours
Compensation
· Starting between $12 - $15 depending on experience
