Who are we?
- Open and close centers
- Welcome parents and students in the center
- Provide patient and superlative customer service to parents and students
- Make and field telephone calls
- Receive and direct students
- Maintain and coordinate schedules, appointments, and calendars
- Create spreadsheets, presentations, and marketing materials
- Maintain an organized system and keep center organized
- Conduct internet research
- Create email and postal mail campaigns
- Assist instructors in the classroom as needed
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to organize and create orderly systems
- Experienced in computer technology that includes Excel, Google docs, PowerPoint, and social media marketing
- Sales experience is a plus, but not necessary
- Tuesday - Friday 4 PM - 7.45PM, Saturdays 9.30AM - 1 PM
- Once a month Saturday's parents night out 5.00PM-9.30PM
- Schedule is somewhat flexible, but candidate needs to be present during center open hours.
