- Complete training and become familiar with our curriculum
- Create a positive and safe environment where students can thrive
- Work with children to assess and develop their skill sets
- Provide feedback to parents after trial sessions or student tours
- Follow daily opening and closing procedures
- Maintain a clean dojo throughout the day in line with corporate standards
- Report weekly to the Assistant Center Manager on student progress
- Communicate daily with the Center Manager about activities and productivity
- Experience working with children ages 5+ (mentoring, coaching, tutoring, etc.)
- Comfortable interacting with the general public
- Experience in teaching, mentoring, or child care
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of coding and technology, or ability to learn quickly
- Fun, energetic, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment
- Availability to begin shifts at 3:30 p.m. on weekdays and work Saturdays (full or partial days preferred)
- Must be available for a minimum of 4 hours on Saturdays
