Responsibilities

• Hours of Operation: Weekdays 2p - 8p, including Saturdays 9a-4p

• This individual oversees the day-to-day coaching and student engagement

• Training - go through the curriculum and learn it

• Create a positive and safe environment in which students can grow

• Work with multiple children simultaneously that are all on different curriculum paths and provide customized tutoring dependent on child's learning style

• Provide feedback to parents after working with a student

• Follow opening/closing duties daily

• Clean center throughout the day to ensure cleanliness is kept up to standards

• Report weekly to Center Director on progress

• Report daily to Center Director with respect to day's activities and productivity in center

Benefits

• $15.00 - $17.00 depending on experience

• Compensation: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
