In our centre, located in East Gwillimbury, ON, kids ages 5-15 learn to code in a fun, non-intimidating way – by building video games they love to play. What are we looking for?
We are looking for a part-time centre manager to join our team and help shape our vision of providing a fun learning environment for the future leaders of tomorrow. To continually grow our programs, our ideal candidate would have a background in business management. However, if any of the following describes you this could be the role for you:
We are looking for a part-time centre manager to join our team and help shape our vision of providing a fun learning environment for the future leaders of tomorrow. To continually grow our programs, our ideal candidate would have a background in business management. However, if any of the following describes you this could be the role for you:
- You are an enthusiastic, detail-oriented person who can manage daily operations, initiate goals, and help lead our business to awesomeness!
- Your unwavering leadership skills mean you are a self-starter that can envision and turn great ideas into a fun, interactive, environment inspired by your own personal touches
- You love working with kids and are completely comfortable engaging with parents
- You put a high value on kindness, inclusion, and smiles
- You are interested in education theory, curriculum development, and teaching
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Front desk operations
- Member subscription support
- Enrolling new students
- Support digital marketing
- Growing the business by exploring new opportunities and business partnerships
- Report weekly to ownership
Qualifications:
- Ability to work evenings (4-7pm) and Saturdays (10am-1pm)
- Experience working with children an asset
- Experience in sales, marketing, business operations, or team leadership an asset
- Coding knowledge/experience an asset
Compensación: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
