In our center, kids ages 7-14 learn to code in a fun, non-intimidating way – by playing and building video games they love. Kids have blast and can’t wait to come back. Parents are thrilled as their children gain confidence and new skills including coding, math, logic, and problem-solving, as they progress from white to black belt.

What are we looking for?

We have an amazing opportunity for a Sales / Community Outreach Manager to join our team of dynamic, energetic, forward-thinking minds, working toward our common goal to: increase and retain enrollments in our programs and increase overall brand awareness in our community.

Responsibilities include:

Increase and work Leads
Schedule, manage and close tours
Plan promotional events
Community outreach to area schools, PTAs and community businesses
Public Speaking
Fill in for Owner; operating and managing center on occasion
A desire to support families with young children during this time of crisis
Strong interpersonal skills
Outgoing self-starter able to critically think and problem solve

Ideal Candidate:

· Member of the Avon / Avon Lake community with strong ties to local schools & organizations

· College junior, senior or recent college graduate

· Some work at home ok, work in the center and field required 30 hours per week

· Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Hourly plus commission incentives
